WHAT

To help the business team to understand their needs and to specify the requirements that will lead to the optimal solution to deliver the intended results. Also,requires the ability to analyze a business area to identify problems, opportunities and/or solutions. 

HOW

​Planning, Analysis and Development:

  • Enhance the current e-channels applications.
  • Gather and analyze internal business requirements and detailed specifications.
  • Define the strategy to be adopted for any new project.
  • Following up and prioritizing development

Operations management:

  • Monitoring the current e-channels applications.
  • Validate the application’s functionalities developed by the vendors using backend and frontend of these applications.
  • Investigate on the reported errors and then communicate / follow up with the responsible teams until they solve them.

Reporting:

Generate and provide any kind of reports related to e-channels applications


WHAT DO I NEED?

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
