Department / Line Manager Assistance:
Prepare and analyze data to be presented as per line manager requests.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring all documents are ready for the manager and attendees.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or minute of meeting at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Taking dictation and minutes of meeting.
Carrying out background research and present findings.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Perform special projects as assigned by the line manager.
