Accountant: Finance Department – Touch (Lebanon)
I joined the Touch finance department on June 18, 2007. Two years later, I moved to the fixed asset section and since March 2011 I have been responsible for the payables section in accounting, where I review and validate the daily transactions and ensure that all accounting reports are accurate, reliable and delivered on time. I also handle all OPEX and CAPEX accounting payment cycles as well as review and maintain reconciliations of monthly accounts and the fixed asset register for MIC 2 and Touch.
The standout moment of my time at Touch was being a key member in the ERP team that implemented the Oracle procure to pay system. Furthermore, in 2010, I completed my MBA from the Lebanese American University. Every day at Touch affords me new challenges. The company motivates and pushes us to develop our competencies and realize our potential, while at the same time making us feel part of one big family.
