Zain

I started working for Zain Jordan in March 2010, and my current role has me exploring new products and services that can be developed and commercialized as an alternative source of service revenue. I also act as the subject matter expert in the products/projects assigned to me, and take full ownership of the planned products and services in terms of design, development, launching, management, performance monitoring, and KPI analysis.

In my position it is important that I stay up to date with developments and trends taking place in the telecommunications industry with a view to assessing evolving customer and market needs in order to develop suitable solutions for them.

I also provide telecom solutions consultancy to Zain’s customers and one of my proudest moments working at Zain Jordan was the launch of a new Internet service called Ethernet to the Home (ETTH). This service ushered in a totally different and unique experience to Zain’s residential customers, driven by a guaranteed high-quality, high-speed, and stable Internet service. Additional value added services (VoIP, IPTV, surveillance) can be offered utilizing the ETTH high-bandwidth connectivity.

Zain Jordan has an amazing working environment that uniquely combines professionalism, exposure, and enjoyment.  The challenging roles and tasks constantly assigned to me have helped boost my knowledge and experience remarkably. I also feel a sense of belonging and a family spirit amongst my colleagues, which makes Zain the ideal place for me to progress my career.
