I joined Zain in January 2005, one year after graduating in electrical engineering from the University of South Florida. In 2010, I completed my MBA from Kuwait's GUST University.I currently work in the Zain Networks, Radio Department, a job I have held for six years. I plan and optimize Kuwait's GSM (2G) Network. The job involves field and office work as we aim to constantly provide the best quality of service to our customers. My job involves interaction with Zain customers and multiple departments within the company. It's exciting and dynamic and requires good technical knowledge and people skills.
I like working at Zain because of the healthy and professional environment. Zain has attracted the best professionals and they contribute to the general good feeling throughout the company. Personally, Zain allows me to develop professionally by giving me a clear career path and goals.
