For a long time now, graduates have been an integral part of our company, helping to shape how we develop in what is one of the fastest-changing industries around.
Graduates can be recruited for many parts of our business we have therefore decided to move away from a generic graduate programme and, instead, recruit graduates straight into individual roles within the business that are tailored for their specific talents.
It's therefore now more important than ever to be sure about what you want before you apply here, and that you should only apply once you are available to join us.
We have found that the people who really excel at Zain already have a strong idea of where they want to go and what they want to do. That is why we now encourage graduates who want to make an impact at Zain to apply specifically for a role they are interested in.
mtc touch Internship program
mtc touch (Lebanon) has a comprehensive summer internship program.
mtc touch encourages the hiring of summer interns. The summer internship program provides the right environment for the trainees and the employer to get to know each other. Trainees who prove to be dedicated high-performers will be considered for jobs, once vacancies arise. Summer Interns should use the training as an opportunity to prove themselves for potential jobs.
The value of providing summer training is bridging that gap that currently exits between academia (the academic world) and the industries by exposing trainees to the practical way of doing things in the GSM industry. The training program also acts as a vehicle to identify talent and high performers for future hiring.
The schedule of the summer internship program is for two months. Summer trainees are placed in departments that match their profile and major of study. We do not encourage rotations, since it could dilute the summer training experience. The majority of our summer trainees are engineers in the technical department.
