T&D Team

The Training and Development Team was set up in September 2004 to raise employees performance, improve their skills and knowledge and to build their level of engagement and loyalty to the organization.

An on-line in-house training calendar offers 50 different training courses.

Since then the team has conducted Quick-Win initiatives to raise the level of knowledge of Zain employees on the most common critical topics and other specific needs for all Zain employees, Introducing PC & English language training and the Online in-house training calendar.

The calendar that contains more than 50 different training courses offered to all Zain Employees in their different level of positions and variety of their specializations.

This training course is our tool to raise our employees' performance, improve their skills and knowledge, to build their loyalty and to let them be engaged into the organization.
